Welcome to the rustic splendor of Legends Woodland Lodge. Nestled within our 22 acres of mountain forests and large lawns, this magnificent 19,000 square foot country house is a secluded, rustic gem. The Lodge has nine charming and comfortable rooms and will house up to 24 guests in country comfort and exceptional style. The vast property is ideal for memorable family vacations, adventures with friends, business and artist retreats, or special events and gatherings that require an exceptional venue.

 

Our large front yard is surrounded by forest and is ready for events, games, or peaceful reflection. Regardless of the weather, you can revel in peaceful country atmosphere from the comfort of our huge front porch. The spacious, well appointed kitchen is fully stocked and features a large sitting area for soaking up all the lovely, country kitchen ambiance. Our spectacular Great Room is bathed in the light of a panoramic forest view with frequent wildlife visitors, centered by a magnificent stone fireplace. From the Great Room, you can step outside onto our back deck to revel in the woodland surroundings or to enjoy the warm flickering of the fire pit in the evening. Our younger guests will be thrilled by the backyard swing set. The Dining Room has tables for group dining, and seating areas conducive to a more intimate dining experience. We are proud of our extensively stocked Library Room, that includes literary classics, rare first additions, and children's books that can all be enjoyed in a wonderfully subdued library setting. The huge, lower level Entertainment Room has a large screen TV with plenty of seating for that big game or a family favorite show. Just off the hallway is a convenient kitchenette to prepare game time snacks. Our new Game Room is ready to host your friendly (or competitive) ping pong, foosball or electronic dart tournaments.
